This is Jim Beam's flagship bourbon and is packaged to show it. Bottled straight from the barrel - uncut and unfiltered - Bookers is made for the connoisseurs. Very dark gold amber in colour with a complex nose revealing sweet corn and nuts. The palate has lots of charry oak character and is surprisingly mellow for a spirit of this strength (63.3%) Try Bookers with a little water.
