Bailey's is made up from Irish Whisky, fresh dairy cream and as the bottle says 'other Irish ingredients' and its alcohol content is 17%. Bailey's has a lovely thick texture and is very chocolatey in colour; there is a hint of whisky in the aftertaste, which leaves a warm feeling at the back of your throat and being mixed with dairy cream it leaves a nice feeling around your mouth as it travels down your throat.
