Taltarni Pyrenees Shiraz 2005

Notes:“Medium to full bodied; very good structure, texture and balance; harmonious black fruits woven through quality oak and fine but ripe and positive tannins.” 94/100 James Halliday Wine Companion

Partners: Rib Eye Steak
RRP: $35

Grant Burge Holy Trinity GSM 2005

Barossa, SA

Cellar:  Drink now - 2015

Notes:"Crisp in texture and fragrant with cherry and promegranate, with overtones of balsamic and lime adding interest to the long, expressive finish. This has depth and attains a certain level of majesty". 91/100 Wine Spectator

Partners: Beef Casserole
RRP: $45

Pyren Broken Quartz Cabernet Sauvignon 200Grant Burge Holy Trinity GSM 2005

Barossa, SA

Cellar:  Drink now - 2015

Notes: Strong minerality to the dark and red fruits in this wine; very nice line and length, with a real sense of purpose to the fine-grained tannin finish. Screwcap.
91/100 James Halliday

Partners: Lamb Shanks with truffle mash
RRP: $22.95

Scotchmans Hill Sauvignon Blanc 2009

Geelong, Vic

Cellar:  Drink now

Notes: Pale straw in colour with a green tinge. Intense lifted tropical fruit characters on the nose, with hints of gooseberry and grassy herbaceous overtones. Some mineral characters are also evident which is one of the hallmarks of Sauvignon Blanc in our region. On the palate this wine is fresh and lively with excellent intensity and superb varietal definition of tropical fruits and gooseberry flavours. This wine has good texture and body and finishes with a long lingering aftertaste.
Notes from Scotchmans Hill

Partners: Lemon & herb roast chicken
RRP: $25

Bethany Barossa Semillon 2007

Barossa Valley, SA

Cellar:  Drink now - 2013

Notes: 1 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze medal. Fermented over an extended period in French and American oak hogsheads in cold, controlled conditions this is a very rich, powerful "old fashioned" Barossa style Semillon.

Partners: Lemon & herb roast chicken
RRP: $20.95

Granite Hills Chardonnay 2008

Macedon, Vic

Cellar:  Drink now - 2012

Notes: The naturally zesty, melon edged cool climate Chardonnay fruit (drawn off the estate vineyard) is softened through some extended development time on yeast lees in tank, and completed with the inclusion of 10% in the final blend of a small French oak barrel fermented portion - producing a clean full flavoured style with a soft textured finish.'
Notes from Granite Hills

Partners:
Spanner Crab and Ricotta Ravioli

RRP: $21.95
