Scotchmans Hill Sauvignon Blanc 2009
Geelong, Vic
Cellar: Drink now
Notes: Pale straw in colour with a green tinge. Intense lifted tropical fruit
characters on the nose, with hints of gooseberry and grassy herbaceous
overtones. Some mineral characters are also evident which is one of the
hallmarks of Sauvignon Blanc in our region. On the palate this wine is
fresh and lively with excellent intensity and superb varietal definition
of tropical fruits and gooseberry flavours. This wine has good texture
and body and finishes with a long lingering aftertaste.
