From Marlborough, NZ this Sauc Blanc has delicious aromas of
gooseberry and melon. Soft, luscious palate bursting with fruit
complexity.
1 x Grant Burge Benchmark Pinot Grigio
The fruit for this wine is sourced from the premium regions of
Adelaide Hills and Eden Valley in South Australia. The wine is pale gold
with green hues. On the nose the wine shows ripe pears with subtle
floral and strawberry notes. These aromas follow on to the palate, which
predominately tastes of green pears and is finely balanced with creamy
notes provided by the time spent on lees coupled with dry, crisp
acidity.
1 x Tyrone Estate Chardonnay
Brightly fruited, peachy and sun kissed Chardonnay from South
Australia, this modern and crisp Chardy style is crafted to be drunk
young and fresh with simple, refreshing fruit flavours.
1 x Genre Moscato 2009
This exciting wine from Victoria is alight golden straw in colour
and accentuated by soft green tints. A montage of refreshing stone
fruit, bright citrus and subtle wash of creamy vanilla.
1 x Bella South Classic Dry White 2008
This is a blend of predominantly Sauvignon Blanc, with Semillon,
Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc, from the Blackwood Valley and Margaret
River. 2008 gave good yields of fruit in excellent condition. Generous
lifted passionfruit and melon, with some minerals on the middle palate,
and a persistent, dry finish. A wine to enjoy in the next year or two.
1x De Bortoli Willowglen Semillon Chardonnay 2008 - (Riverina, NSW)
This wine has a creamy texture with spicy vanillin characters that
impart length and complexity. Flavours of lemon and straw from the
Semillon combine with rich peach flavours from the Chardonnay.
