Each pack contains:
3x Buller Beverford Shiraz Colour/appearance Deep crimson. Aroma/bouquet Aromas of cherry syrup. Palate Flavours of black cherry and plum have a hint of sweet spice and liquorice. Firm tannins mingle with the flavours to produce a satisfying finish
3x Back Label Shiraz Really ripe fruit mix, sumptuous plums, dark berries, redcurrant and dark cherry too, juicy vibrant and alive. The fragrant spicy character of this Shiraz has married well with subtle oak. Great for drinking on any occasion. Back Label Shiraz is sourced entirely from the Adelaide Hills. The fruit was picked at night to minimize fruit damage from the sun, fermented on skins for 7 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged French Oak Barriques.
3x Triton Bin 63 Shiraz This Shiraz has generous ripe berry flavours followed by en elegant , spice finish. Serve at room temperature. From the Ballast Stone Estate, Currency Creek, SA
3x Tyrone Estate Shiraz The palate exhibits rich and vibrant varietal berry-fruit flavours. This is a delicious, well-rounded red wine that is smooth, complex and very long in flavour. This wine is well suited to cheese platters, Italian cuisine, red meats and even some spicy Asian dishes or it can be sipped on its own. Drinking superbly now, this Shiraz will develop further complexity with 2 or 3 years careful cellaring.
