Kissing Bridge Semillon Sauvignon Blanc has always been a non wooded style. This blend of 80% Semillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of lemon zest, meadow hay and floral undertones. The palate is refreshing & crisp with citrus characteristics of lemon and grapefruit. Drink and enjoy now with good food and friends.

Back Label Shiraz - Really ripe fruit mix, sumptuous plums, dark berries, redcurrant and dark cherry too, juicy vibrant and alive. The fragrant spicy character of this Shiraz has married well with subtle oak. Great for drinking on any occasion. Back Label Shiraz is sourced entirely from the Adelaide Hills. The fruit was picked at night to minimize fruit damage from the sun, fermented on skins for 7 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged French Oak Barriques.

Absolut Vodka (700mls) One of the best value premium Vodkas on todays market actually comes from Sweden. This superb, neutral Vodka first appeared in 1979. Distilled from grain grown in the fields of Southern Sweden, Absolut was conceived as a pure product with its own peculiar Swedish identity. The distinctive bottle design was inspired by an antique medicine bottle, while the minimalist logo and absolutely clear glass emphasise the simplicity and purity of the product. Served extremely cold, Absolut makes a ravishing accompaniment to caviar. Highly Recommended. 'Very neutral on the nose with just a touch of cereal aroma and a hint of alcohol. Very good mouth feel, dryish in style but with some very light hints of caramelisation. Just touches of needle from the alcohol. Sweetish but rather short on the finish. I maintain that this makes one of the finest Vodka tonics in the world, perhaps because the mouth feel of the Vodka lends a bit more weight to the mixture that other lighter Vodkas. Alternatively, put it in the freezer to drink ice-chilled when it becomes thick in texture, smooth, and very dry. 40% alc./vol.
