Breathing Space Chardonnay 2010
2010 Vintage: 2010 was another fantastic vintage in the Margaret River with a warm and dry growing season that followed a very wet winter. The dry growing conditions ensured full ripeness of the fruit, allowing for expressive and true to region wines to be made.
Tasting Note: This fresh and crisp Margaret River Chardonnay, made without the influence of oak opens with a luscious nose of rock melon, peach, nectarine and honey dew. The palate displays bright primary fruits and a soft, youthful acidity that would be more than appealing to the regular Pinot Gris drinker.
