A great sparkling wine, mainly Pinot Noir with some Chardonnay and a little Pinot Meunier for good measure, this has the depth and finesse of good Champagne with much riper and rounder fruit to give a softer mouth-feel, 30 months ageing on the lees imparts lovely, biscuit complexity.
